As the school year is approaching there are a lot of changes being made in your life both mentally and emotionally; so you want to be on top of your health! Our body is our temple and as young women you have to make sure that you are up to date on all of your OB/GYN appointments, exams and physicals. Doing your daily self breast examinations and just looking over your body daily for changes is very important also. You know your body better than anyone else, so if you notice something strange contact your physician immediately. No question is ever a bad question. Be sure to stay hydrated during physical activity and take in a daily dose of vegetables and fruits!
